Lover of Greece and Cyclades, we fell under the spell of Andros. Our project began in September 2013 and the construction was finished in August 2016. Everythingwas built in traditional and ecological way. The majority stones used,were originally of our land when we started buildind.

Villa Brunat is located near Aprovato, 4km away from Batsi, a seaside resort, where you can find taverns, restaurants, bars, supermarkets…The site remains human-size. We propose you, four different rented accommodations with access and a big privative terrace shaded with a view of sea and heated swimming pool (early and late season).You will find the necessary confort to have the most pleasant holidays.

Key feature: The common patio for your breakfasts or before dinner drinks with your friends. Unforgettable Moments facing Egée sea.

Please note the installations are not adapted for young chiltdren (deep pool 1.40 -1.90 cm), no animation. Our configuration is not adapted for people withs a handicap or with reduced mobility. We don’t accept pets.

Andros does not have an airport. Closest airports are Athenes and Myconos.

FROM ATHENES
Ferries leave the port of RAFINA
IMPORTANT : Please check the correspondence between boats and planes :

Rafina – Andros : last boat is at 5.30 pm
Andros – Rafina : Weekends only, no boats in the morning

The port of Rafina is 30 minutes from the airport. You can take either a taxi or the bus.
The bus drops you at the terminus on the port opposite the agencies. No sale on board the boat.
Duration of the crossing 2 hours. The port of Gavrio on the island of Andros is the first stop.
From Mykonos: Ferries duration 3h

Minimum stay is four nights. No compulsory day of arrival.
You can book your stay by e-mail or complete the form below : we will contact you within 48h. If you accept our offer, a deposit will we asked you. From receipt of your deposit, your reservation will be official and we will send you a confirmation.
IF YOUR BOOKING IS MADE LESS THAN 30 DAYS FROM YOUR CHECKING DATE, FULL PAYMENT FOR YOUR STAY WILL BE REQUIRED.

– To settle by bank transfer only. We will only be abble to confirm the reservation when we recieve the bank transfert. All data will be confidential and treated with safety devices.

– The remaining amount will be paid also by bank transfer 15 days before your arrival

Partial or total cancellation
In case you would be obliged to cancel your booking, please contact us quickly
Other:
– Up to 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, we will refund the deposit paid less 30,00 Euros fee.

– Less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, the entire deposit will be kept. Except in exceptional situation: illness, accident, death (on receipts).
– A partial cancellation will not we accepted and will result in complete cancellation.

Arrival: Rentals are available from 2pm

Departure: The rental must be vacated by 10 am

A rental vehicule is strongly recommended .Many roads to discover are not paved, we advise you to rent an all-terrain vehicle to take full advantage of the island. In Greece the driver must be at least 22 years old (car, quad …). There are many rental companies in the port of Gavrio.
